1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Corsa mobile application ("App") or visiting our website at getcorsa.app ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Service

Corsa is a car event discovery platform that allows users to browse, save, and share automotive events across Europe. The service includes event listings, calendar functionality, map-based exploration, and social features such as clubs.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (saving events, joining clubs), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Event Data Accuracy

Corsa aggregates event information from third-party sources and user submissions. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that event details (dates, times, locations, descriptions) are complete, current, or error-free. Always verify event information with the official organizer before attending. Corsa is not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled, or inaccurately listed events.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may create clubs and submit event information through the App. By submitting content, you grant Corsa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the service. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit. Corsa reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other user accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Corsa name, logo, App design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Corsa. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages related to attending events discovered through the App, reliance on event information, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@getcorsa.app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
